Sell us your property

Why should you consider selling your property directly to us?

  • We can structure an offer that works best for you, such as including a shorter (or longer, if you want to do a 1031 exchange) closing timeframe, short due diligence periods, and no financing contingencies.

  • We don't need to overly disturb your tenants - we understand this can be a frustrating part of the sales process.

  • We are capable, qualified buyers who have bought and sold numerous multifamily deals in our target markets. You don't need to worry about our credibility or our ability to close.

  • Since there aren't any brokers involved, you'll be saving 5%+ on closing costs!

Bottom line - we're direct buyers who want to grow our portfolio and are looking to speak with sellers who own multifamily properties! Check out the video below to learn a little bit more about us, our business, properties we've bought directly from owners before, and how we can potentially work with you!
